The vessel is to be designed and built as a single screw, low speed diesel engine driven tanker for world-wide service transporting product oil and chemical liquid cargo with special coated cargo tanks and slop tanks. The cargo maximum specific gravity is to be 1.025t/m3 for full loading. Partial loadingwith maximum gravity of 1.54 t/m3. The flash points of liquid cargoes are to be less than 600C. The design of the vessel shall reflect on economical operation, safety and environmental protection. All storage tank, service tanks and settling tanks for F.O. and G.O. to be designed not directly contact with hull.
